What are they made of ... ?

ASP Floors have two main components, the floor panels and the understructure system which holds them in place.

We install two types of panels - structural wood core and steel cementitious infill (steel/concrete core), and we mount these panels using either a "rigid grid" system or an "ultra fix / freeform" system or other arrangements.

Panels come either with a "bare" or "laminated" finish, complementing the chosen understructure.

Materials can be bonded or laid onto the bare panels. A range of panels are manufactured and certified to carry different loads and to perform best for different sets of conditions.

Our principle understructure systems, use different pedestals and fittings and allow different clearance heights above the original surface. For the more heavily loaded and higher clearance systems, we use Rigid Grid systems and for others, we use Ultra Freeform for wood core panels, and Ultra Fix for steel cementitious panels. We are happy to help you choose the appropriate floor for your application.
